Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Wise, VA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive our team during shifts, upholding KFC’s standards while resolving guest concerns. You’ll coach Team Members, ensure tasks are completed, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months as a shift lead, be 18+, and demonstrate strong communication and team leadership. Competitive pay with meal benefits and scholarship options offered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RGM in screening Team Member candidates and in cash control procedures.
• Support Profit & Loss management by monitoring labor and inventory.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC's high standards. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
