Braum's in Plano, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead the store crew, ensure top food quality and customer service, and manage shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

The role requires coaching, inventory monitoring and adherence to Braum's policies, with a focus on teamwork, integrity, and operational excellence. The position reports to the Assistant Manager.

Position:

Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience:

1 year

Shift:

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation:

$14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)

Shift Supervisor's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Assistant Manager
