Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Tempe, AZ is seeking Shift Supervisors to assist management with the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, provide leadership, motivate team members, and maintain hospitality standards.

You will help control labor and food costs, handle guest issues, train new staff, and model excellent customer service. This is a full/part‑time role with competitive pay and clear advancement opportunities.
