The technology reduces the shipping weight of bottled beverages by 96% and uses 84% less plastic. Cirkul offers its customers 100+ unique flavors, all with no sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors, and a range of functional enhancements online, at Walmart, and other retailers across the United States. Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.

What is this role?

As a Shift Supervisor for Cirkul, you’ll be focused on driving production, setting direction, managing employee relations, and solving problems to drive the business forward at all times.

What does an average day look like?

1. Driving Results: Driving the team to deliver on safety, quality and production goals and flowing resources to the highest priority work.
2. Taking Ownership: Be self-motivated, dedicated, and willing to provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary.
3. Making Decisions: Managing and escalating HR issues as well as, completing 30-60-90 and annual reviews.
4. Cultivating Relationships: Working cross functionally to ensure equipment is up and running, proper training, and providing input to drive productivity and safety.
5. Instilling Trust: Leading with integrity, setting compelling directions and providing on-going coaching.
6. Customer Focus: Delivering the highest quality products that consumers will continue to love.

Working only 14 days a month in a 4:3 rotating schedule. C Shift: Thursday - Saturday & every other Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM.

What background should you have?

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision or production driven management experience.
• Experience managing safety and HR systems including timesheets, time off, etc.
• Knowledge of production and quality systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
• Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
