Position Overview

Our Shift Supervisors keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. Shift Supervisors work alongside and lead team members to meet or exceed shift goals while maintaining a fun and professional retail environment. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.

Essential Functions

• Open and close duties, solo or with a team, and champion our culture with excellence and integrity.
• Train Team Members, provide clear feedback and coaching.
• Keep the store manager informed on Team Member performance.
• Act as a brand advocate with enthusiastic, top-tier customer service.
• Boost sales with product sampling and recommendations to maximize average ticket.
• Master the art of crafting high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Organize work and storage areas, from stockrooms to coolers and freezers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Prepare the environment for promotions with seasonal vibes and rotating products.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
• Prioritize safety and food safety; report issues to the store manager.
• Have fun while creating unforgettable experiences.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to judge and respond to business activity to manage labor
• Attention to detail and safety requirements
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Previous customer service and cash-handling experience
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or GED
• Physical ability to walk/stand up to 4 hours at a time and lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
