Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, reporting to exempt management. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, quality food, and a clean environment in a fast-paced setting.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll supervise peers, resolve issues, and promote the Red Robin brand with energy, compassion, and a focus on profitability. A strong candidate will demonstrate reliability and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity with the ability to supervise peers.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under management supervision.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin brand and standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Shift Supervisor Range: $17.65 - $21.28Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors not only have an appetite for bottomless fun & compassion for our crazy loyal guests, they manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates and current Team Members who demonstrate our values may be selected by exempt management for the Shift Supervisor position and will undergo on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As a part of the leadership team, they are an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. They are master resolvers with guest interactions, driven to optimize profits, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
