Braum's in Abilene, TX is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on coaching the crew, ensuring food quality, and maximizing store sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee food service, grocery, and fountain operations during the 5:30 am–3:00 pm shift, with a 45-hour work week and competitive hourly compensation of $14.50–$15.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to coach and lead store crew.

Responsabilités

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00

(annually $35,500 - $37,000)

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
