Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and deliver top-notch food quality and service. The role includes opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with chef leadership, and ensuring stock and supplies are managed efficiently.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met, monitor costs against budgets, and lead staff with a professional, ethical leadership style. Training and development are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with strong coordination.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders, maintain stock levels, and manage supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor operating costs and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional; conduct pre/post-service briefings.
• Provide professional leadership and participate in training and development.
