Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top food quality and service. You will lead a team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with chefs and other departments to meet quality standards.

The role requires supervising experience, strong communication, and a professional leadership style. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is preferred; state health guidance adherence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
