Job summary

Five Star Sheets in Indiana is seeking a safety‑driven manufacturing leader to guide daily operations on our corrugator line. You will champion safety protocols, drive throughput, reduce waste, and maintain a sharp focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, corrugator experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated and adaptable in a busy environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce safety protocols and company procedures 100% of the time.
• Drive throughput, improve quality, reduce waste, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Communicate active goals to production staff to ensure progress and accountability.
• Provide strong performance management and maintain a visible shop floor presence.
