Job summary

Selko, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations in Indianapolis. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safe, compliant manufacturing, and deliver quality results across the line.

You will manage daily production, optimize staffing, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while coaching and developing staff to meet operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.

You will coordinate daily production activities, optimize staffing and scheduling, maintain quality and HSE standards, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll also need 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing
