Job summary

MWB Restaurants is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Florence, AL to lead a team of burger experts on fast-paced shifts, ensuring top-notch hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere for guests 24/7. You’ll manage kitchen operations on the floor, mentor staff, and drive performance while keeping the dining area clean and energized.
