Job summary

MWB Restaurants, the local Whataburger franchise, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy team in a fast‑paced environment. You will oversee daily operations on the floor and handle administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

This role focuses 75% on floor management and 25% on admin, offering growth opportunities within a multi‑million dollar business. Competitive pay, benefits, and performance bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years managing a fast‑food or hospitality team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff in a high‑volume environment.
