MWB Restaurants, your local Whataburger franchise, is seeking a Manager to lead a 25+ person team on the floor and in admin tasks to keep guests happy.

This role emphasizes floor management (75%) and administrative duties (25%), with weekly pay, medical benefits, PTO, and bonus opportunities. Grow with a multi-million dollar business and advance from Manager to General Manager.

• You thrive on the floor with your team but can handle the admin too (this job is 75% floor management, 25% admin)
• You know how to keep a team upbeat, making work productive and fun
• You’re all about developing your team through real-time feedback and support
• You expertly handle employee issues, customer concerns, and other tough situations
