Job summary

Braum's in Sulphur Springs, TX seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and coach team members. The role focuses on delivering great customer experiences, managing food quality, and achieving store goals.

The position involves overseeing a 45-hour work week on an early schedule with compensation in the $14.50–$15.00 per hour range and annualized pay around $35.5k–$37k. Reports to the Assistant Manager and supports a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or food service experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 - $15.00 (annually $35,500 - $37,000)
