Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its in-flight dining/airport operations. You will lead a fast-paced team on site at DFW Airport, ensuring smooth service, staff guidance, and adherence to standards.

You will coach employees, monitor performance, handle cash processes, and uphold safety and quality controls in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to support daily operations and lead team members in a fast-paced airport dining environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive, productive workplace culture.

The Shift Supervisor serves as a leader on duty, providing direction, coaching, and support to team members while ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations during assigned shifts
