Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Jersey City to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead a fast-moving team, manage orders and deliveries, and coordinate with leadership to maintain stock and cost controls.

You’ll enforce safety and sanitation standards, train and coach staff, and contribute to a professional, efficient dining experience for guests, including overnight shifts with premium pay.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
