Evergreen Market in Auburn, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the on-floor team and keep store operations compliant and guest-ready. You will back up the Store Manager and support Budtenders while ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment.

As a Shift Supervisor in our Auburn store, you're the on-floor leader who keeps the store sharp, compliant, and customer-ready-while backing up the Store Manager and helping Budtenders thrive. This supervisor role matters because your steady decisions protect the guest experience, the team, and the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Run opening/closing routines and keep daily operations on track
• Lead the sales floor and elevate service during peak traffic
• Manage tills, cash drops, and basic money handling with precision
• Coach Budtenders in the moment; delegate tasks and reinforce SOPs
• Calmly handle escalations and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and meet LCB requirements

Required skills/experience:

• 2+ years in retail/sales; leadership or shift lead experience preferred
• Accurate cash handling, POS comfort, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication, follow-through, and independent decision-making
• Passion for cannabis and flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays
