Job description

As a Budtender at Evergreen Market, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust, understanding each customer's needs, and making thoughtful, accurate product recommendations. You'll collaborate closely with your team to keep the sales floor positive and the store running smoothly, and you'll grow your product knowledge to serve customers with confidence. We're looking for someone genuinely curious about cannabis, skilled at connecting with people, and committed to being a dependable teammate.

This is a full-time position with primarily evening/closing shifts (approx. 3:30 PM–12:00 AM).

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical requirements (with or without accommodation): ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs, and to stand for extended periods during shifts of up to 8 hours.

Details

• Schedule: full-time; primarily evening shifts (approx. 3:30 PM–12:00 AM), including weekends and holidays
• Pay: $18.90 per hour, plus tips
• Reports to: Store Manager
• Classification: Non-Exempt (hourly)
