Job summary

Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton Division is seeking a Shipping Clerk to move finished goods from production to the warehouse and on to customers, with a strong emphasis on safety and 100% inventory accuracy in a high-volume setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills for shipping documents, and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift; training is available for candidates with the right mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for generating shipping documents and inventory scans.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with dispatchers and supervisors.
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd Shift (2 PM - 10 PM) or 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM).

Responsibilities

• Operate the Aisle Master forklift to unload finished goods and place them in the warehouse.
• Use scanning tech to track inventory and ensure real-time stock accuracy.
• Accurately pick customer releases and stage products per load maps.
• Verify labeling for 100% accuracy and generate Bills of Lading.
• Maintain logs of loading/unloading and inspections to ensure efficiency.
