Responsibilities

• Directly supervise assigned security staff on the shift and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance on safety and security practices and post orders.
• Interpret and enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Attend meetings to improve communications between management, staff and inmates/residents.
• Assist in maintaining consistent operations and shift coordination.
