• Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace, outdoors in all seasons, climb stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, and use hand tools.

• Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) knowledge - Preferred.
• Forklift experience - Preferred.
• Computer software - Preferred.
• Warehouse experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant systems.
• Record operating data such as temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and report abnormalities.
• Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols strictly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and spare parts.
• Complete shift logs and handovers properly.
• Additional duties as assigned.
