NCCO (formerly Dot It) is seeking a Quality Assurance technician to ensure raw materials, tools and inks meet specs and to monitor quality across the press production process. You’ll support the production floor, perform quality checks, and assist with process improvements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on various production tasks and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word, Excel, email, and Internet use.
• Exceptional organization and extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent time management with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Have full knowledge of all phases of label production.
• Pull dies, inks, and cylinders for jobs on the press schedule.
• Mix ink and correct to meet customer specs.
• Check product quality throughout the production process.
• Ensure quality checklists are completed and signed off on every job.
• Relay schedule information with press, rewind, and shrink wrap operations.
• Train production staff on equipment use when needed.
• Provide part numbers and pricing to purchasing when requesting POs.
• Order inks and cores weekly for just-in-time inventory.
• Help production staff work efficiently to meet standards.
• Recommend process improvement opportunities to management.
• Maintain and organize production supplies.
• Back up production, material staging, receiving, and shipping when needed.
• Be available to work with customers or suppliers as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Production Warehouse.
• Assist Management on special projects.
