Qualifications

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college in related field.
• Food/Beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt associates.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a front-line team to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
• Monitor production, quality, and maintenance output; report and identify improvements.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Serve as program owner and perform internal audits of program elements.
• Support audits by regulators, customers, or brand owners.
• Plan staffing and organize workflow; assign responsibilities.
