Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Manager Manufacturing Shift (QA) to lead front-line teams, coach supervisors, and ensure quality, safety, and cost performance across shifts in our beverage manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on daily and weekly objectives, applying performance tools, and coordinating audits with internal and external stakeholders while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school (preferred area of study: Food Science, Biology, Chemistry)
• Minimum qualifications emphasize fundamentals in food/beverage manufacturing
• Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt associates

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a front-line team to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor production, quality, and maintenance outputs and report performance with improvement ideas.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure safe equipment use and planned maintenance.
• Own the program audits and drive continuous improvement while aligning with company goals.
• Coordinate audits from internal/external regulators and customers
