Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators. You will mentor staff, manage workflow, and collaborate with management to meet production plans.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. Valid driver’s license and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

3–5 years supervisory experience.
1+ year of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

Drive a culture of safety and compliance across the facility.
Identify and retain skilled personnel through effective training and expectations.
Partner with management to ensure departmental budgets meet financial goals.
Oversee food safety and regulatory responsibilities per SQF, GMP, and audits.
Manage sanitation, 5S, and equipment inspection programs daily.
Communicate with all levels to inform stakeholders and drive improvements.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance plant performance.
