Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for its Sumter, SC site. The role reports to the Departmental Lead Business Unit Leader and oversees daily manufacturing activities for components or finished products.

You will lead and motivate technical and hourly staff to meet quality, output, and cost targets while ensuring safe use of materials and equipment. Ideal candidates have a degree (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, plus
