Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a manufacturing supervisor in Sumter, SC to oversee daily production activities and lead a team to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets. The role reports to the Departmental Lead Business Unit Leader and focuses on safe operation and optimal use of materials and equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, with 2–3 years of manufacturing background and 1–2 years of people leadership.

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years manufacturig experience
• 1-2 years as a people leader or Team Lead
