Job summary

Altor Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor in the Operations department to lead production activities under the Plant Manager. The role focuses on maximizing associate and equipment resources to meet safety, quality, and production standards while tracking KPIs.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM and be flexible for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma required.
• Minimum supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production activities to meet KPIs and quality standards.
• Schedule and assign shifts and tasks to production staff.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance on the line.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure optimal output.
• Maintain and review production records and KPI data for reporting.
