Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and stone manufacturer and subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an entry‑level supervisor to oversee production teams, drive efficiency, and enforce safety on the shop floor.

You will manage schedules, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure timely output and continuous improvement. This role offers path to advancement within a global manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department-specific Manufacturing functions across one or more shifts to meet production schedules.
• Resolve operational, process, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Schedule personnel and assign work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure adherence to established priorities for production workflow.
• Develop and administer departmental procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintain shift reports and records.
• Provide feedback, training, and development for employees.
