Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-based manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output. You will lead a line team, monitor KPIs, manage resources, and coordinate with maintenance and planning teams to drive continuous improvement. Experience in the food industry and ISO 22000 compliance is essential.

You will remain responsible for training, performance reviews, and shift handovers while maintaining accurate production logs and supporting policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Need hands-on knowledge of food processing environments and safety standards.
• Experience with ISO 22000, auditing, and TPM concepts is preferred.
• Ability to lead initiatives for process improvements on the shop floor.
• Strong computer literacy for production records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production within assigned shift and monitor KPI progress.
• Lead and coach shift team, manage absences and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and product quality during operations.
• Coordinate material flow, inventory, and scheduling to optimize resources.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate updates across departments and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain shift records and support merit-based and policy adherence.
