Novipax Grenada is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, drive productivity, and ensure safe working practices at the Grenada, Mississippi facility.

The role emphasizes planning, staffing, training, and maintaining quality, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and basic mechanical knowledge of production equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Basic problem solving/troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and effectively train, assign and monitor production associates.
• Basic mechanical skills relating to how machinery works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations to achieve targets and maintain safety.
• Plan weekly/monthly production targets and communicate them to staff.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Maintain accurate production and quality reports and timecards.
• Foster teamwork and ensure efficient material flow and inventory.
