Qualifikationen

• Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Concrete manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience training team members including forklift, bobcat, and loader, plus equipment troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; set up and operate machinery.
• Monitor machine operation; discuss issues with maintenance to diagnose problems.
• Operate forklift as directed, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect work in progress and finished products.
• Oversee daily preventive maintenance program.
• Track and report inventory and parts usage.
• Analyze production scorecards and shift reports.
• Train, promote, and discipline employees; enforce safety rules.
