Job summary

Stratasys in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Lead Production professional to coordinate daily work, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures, and lead the assigned production cell on second shift.

You will drive meeting production schedules, train staff, participate in Lean initiatives, and mentor team members while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 6+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system knowledge is required.
• Proficient with email and HRMS/ADP-style systems.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production team safety and adherence to procedures.
• Lead the production team to meet daily and weekly schedules.
• Escalate issues cross-functionally per established processes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.
• Coordinate training and certification for the team.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and lead onboarding.
