Job summary

Atlas Molded Products is seeking 1st shift Production Associates for the Byron Center, MI facility. You will report to the shift manager for daily direction and help ensure quality and safety across production lines.

Responsibilities include inspecting and packaging parts, recording in-process data, and operating equipment such as side-wrappers and pallet jacks. The role requires physical effort and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent English preferred.
• Able to use simple math and basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to shift manager at start of shift for daily direction.
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations and safety requirements.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record in-process information.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Know and operate Pre-breaks/Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Follow general safety practices.
