Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Byron Center, MI is hiring Production Associates for the Byron Center Facility. You will support manufacturing processes, inspect and package parts, operate pallet jacks, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

This role requires basic math, attention to quality, and reliable attendance. GED or high school diploma preferred; prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to use simple hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, and safety requirements.
• Inspect and package parts per specifications and record in-process data.
• Bundle, wrap, label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Familiar with Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
