Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, throughput and OEE.
• Analyze process performance with SPC/DOE to identify trends and solve issues.
• Lead issue resolution by addressing process/tool/defect/yield/output concerns.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and training materials for standardized execution.
