Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Operations Manager – Shift in New York to direct company programs and implement policy to ensure compliance with contracts between SBM and customers. You will lead scheduling, auditing, budgeting, and liaison activities to maintain service excellence.

The role requires bilingual Spanish skills, a bachelor’s degree in business/communications, and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventory, equipment.
• Review customer requests to address issues with the manager.
• Assist in plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
