Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities to produce finished products to target specifications in a food-safe environment.
• Review quality standards through continuous monitoring of finished product on all lines.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to HACCP plans and company policies.
• Lead hourly employees, assign work, and drive process/ productivity improvements.
• Support cross-functional teams on problem solving and investigations.
