Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute routine operations of assigned area with safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Monitor production outcomes to meet customer specifications and food safety requirements.
• Partner with production supervisors to meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Administer department budget, process purchase orders, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Develop operational plans for multiple departments, processes, and shifts.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and reinforce company values.
• Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
