The Simplot Company, GF Plant - Grand Forks, seeks a Shift Operations Supervisor to coordinate activities across all lines and ensure finished products meet target specifications in a food-safe environment. You will maximize operational efficiency while safeguarding employee safety and product quality.

Lead hourly staff, participate in audits, and drive process improvements with a focus on Six Sigma/lean practices. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience are required.

• Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.

Mansioni

• Coordinate shift activities to produce finished products at target specs in a food-safe environment.
• Lead hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, sanitation and productivity.
• Audit processes, drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure HACCP plans are current, followed and effective.
