Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations for training and tasks.
• Able to stand/move for most of the shift.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent service.
• Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant that you’re proud to work in.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Operate restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill.
