Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the Wendy-s family in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Support management to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift while using headset, registers, and grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and keep a clean restaurant.
• Obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
