Wendy's in West Chester Township, Ohio seeks a Shift Manager to guide and lead the team toward exceptional service, strong performance, and a safe, clean restaurant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• SERV Safe certification by end of training or willingness to obtain it.
• Pass background check as part of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team to deliver excellent service and maintain profits.
• Stand and move for most of your shift and operate restaurant equipment.
• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Promote a customer-first attitude and uphold food safety standards.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
