Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment are sought. You must be 18 years or older.
