Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a dedicated restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and drive guest satisfaction at our Ohio location. You will manage crew scheduling, provide coaching to team members, and ensure food safety and cleanliness meet brand standards.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service focus, effective communication, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic team atmosphere.
