McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager in Herndon, VA. You’ll lead the experience by overseeing crew schedules and ensuring exceptional guest service.

You’ll inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding results, while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll act quickly on safety, inventory, and profitability, and foster ongoing training to drive performance.
