Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Medford, MA is launching a structured six-month training program designed to prepare future Team Leaders through mentorship and hands-on experience.

You will manage staff performance, deliver outstanding customer service, help solve daily operational challenges, and coordinate tasks to keep the store running smoothly for your team.

Successful program completion will lead to an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in food service, grocery, or retail.
• Ability to use computer systems.
• Structured 6-month training with mentorship leading to Team Leader interview/placement.
