Steak ’n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager in Tampa to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will set up openings/closings, coach staff, and deliver fast, friendly service while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

The role offers top-of-market wages (up to $19.50/hour) with Bitcoin bonus pay, newborn match, and a broad benefits package. Flexible scheduling, training, and next‑day pay are among the highlights for eligible teammates.
