Job summary

McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager. Lead weekly shifts, coach crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate service with high quality, safety and cleanliness standards.

You will monitor performance, safety, profitability and coordinate with the next shift manager to prepare a smooth transition. Prior leadership in foodservice or retail is preferred; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to work as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald's standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with next shift manager.
• Plan for each shift, track performance and help the team meet goals.
• Responsibilities may include food safety, inventory, scheduling and training.
